Rose Gold Hammer

$40.00

Hammer Coral (Euphyllia ancora/parancora) Overview & Care
Hammer corals are a popular LPS coral known for their hammer- or anchor-shaped tentacles and gentle swaying motion. Available in a variety of colors including green, gold, and branching or wall varieties, they make a stunning centerpiece in reef tanks. Hammer corals thrive under moderate lighting (80–150 PAR) and moderate, indirect flow that allows their tentacles to move gently without being blasted. Slightly aggressive, they should be spaced 3–4" away from other corals to prevent stinging. With proper placement and stable conditions, hammers grow well and add dynamic movement and color to your reef.
