You will receive a frag SIMILAR in shape and size to the coral in the photo. This is NOT a WYSIWYG frag. All our frags are generally 3/4” - 1”
Care Requirements:

  • Lighting: Low to moderate (PAR 50-150). Adapts well to different lighting conditions.

  • Flow: Moderate to strong. Prefers good water movement to help with nutrient exchange and shedding.

  • Placement: Lower to middle areas of the tank, allowing space for expansion and growth.

Water Parameters:

  • Temperature: 76-80°F (24-27°C)

  • Salinity: 1.025 SG (35 PPT)

  • pH: 8.1-8.4

  • Alkalinity: 8-12 dKH

Feeding & Nutrition:

Primarily relies on photosynthesis but benefits from occasional feedings of phytoplankton and dissolved organics in the water column.

Compatibility & Challenges:

  • Peaceful coral but can spread quickly, sometimes requiring manual pruning.

  • May release toxins (allelopathy) that can affect nearby corals—use carbon filtration to reduce impact.

  • Naturally sheds tissue to remove waste and promote new growth.

Final Tips:

Provide moderate to strong flow, allow room for growth, and monitor for overgrowth. With proper care, Kenya Tree Coral is a low-maintenance, fast-growing coral that adds movement and natural beauty to any reef tank!
