WARRANTY
Our 1yr Limited Warranty is set forth on all IceCap Glass Aquariums and cabinetry. There are no other expressed or implied warranties from IceCap.
IceCap warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months, valid from the original date of purchase. CoralVue will repair or replace this product free of charge with new/rebuilt parts. Damage to the aquarium is not included. Our warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase must be provided when warranty service is requested. The IceCap warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. Our warranty will not cover nor imply failures which result from abuse, neglect, customizations, improper installations, shipping damage, alterations, or modifications.
If a problem develops outside the IceCap warranty period, please contact your local dealer or place of purchase.
IceCap/CoralVue shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or arising from a breach of this warranty. In the USA some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply.
Any modifications made to the products such as drilling or cutting will void the warranty.
